Had my ears done by this company today, an excellent experience. They were so professional and an absolute joy to deal with. The treatment I received was the best I have ever had and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Lisa took pictures first to identify wax in both my ears. She calmly explained the procedures she would use. One ear was straight forward. The other required the use of suction and irrigation procedures plus some careful cleaning of some additional pieces stuck near the entrance of the ear canal. No pain and a lot of gain for me with hearing back to normal.
Would highly recommend to others. I also appreciated it being a home visit rather than having to travel.
